Well, since I see that people are ignorant in this game and talk for the sake of talking, pulling absurd ideas from their gray matter, I would like to clarify why the USA attacked Romania. The point is that it is simple. I told the Romanian CP that the war could have reached a NAP on day 2 of this war and avoided major conflicts, to tell the truth.
1. We attacked because Romania was taking regions from Spain in Portugal.
2. I don't think anyone in this game would let an ally be attacked directly or indirectly.
Because of this factor, the war against Romania began. Also, on the second day, I informed the Romanian CP that we could reach a NAP.
If I left Portugal and they refused, we attacked Romania only to help Spain. But if Romania doesn't want a NAP, then why are we the bad guys?
If they attacked an ally first and then they play the victim of everything.
So all those who defend Romania, simply the USA attacked Romania for defending an Ally, a simple principle

Claro como Romania va a saber que tienen monopolizado el juego como los mapas, primero deben informar esa información al mundo entero para que cada acción que se tome sea consultado con USA, y evitar cualquier cosa que moleste a USA

First of all, Romania did not attack Spain!
We needed a region from Portugal — which WE freed from Iran.
Your NAP also included the idea of staying away from your RWs, which, at this rate, basically means no one should fight in your RWs at all.
You can keep looking for excuses, or you can just call it what it is:
you got bored and chose to target the next somewhat active community.
You like bullying small communities just to boost your egos…

we don't accept your ambitious plan, european coutry must not enter on America +european country must not take Portgula because Portugal is neigbhour of USA's ally - Spain ?

Lusha XD wtf are you talking about? if we are not in a war with anybody, is because we don´t use "excuses" for that. Long time ago we could make war with anybody, but we didn´t want it. Your country gaves"a lot of excuses" early for war and we didn´t use any of this. That statement includes other countries. About the NAP, i didn´t see it in detail, but we have the right to use it an opportunity.
a great part of why i have the right is we deliberately reduce our former strenght separated our community (China, Taiwan, France, Peru), we tried to keep a small number of countries occupatied and we normally do no fight organized in RWs (historical), the last doesnt include Kirito or bh hunters.
