The USA government presents this first article to announce some completed objectives and future plans:

a) Territories:
We will maintain control of our currently occupied territories without launching further attacks on Mexico, Canada, Colombia, Cuba, and Japan until these countries establish a new CP (Country President) or congress, at which point we will decide their status. China will be deleted, Trump’s orders.

b) Economy:

100x3 bonus, 80 for ships.
Taxes are set at 1% in every category.
90% tax return for building/upgrade. Applied to our citizens when we have access to the treasure

c) Resource Report:

20,000 cc taken from the treasury and 100g.
100g placed in the MM (Monetary Market) for control.
10,000 cc is being sold at a 0.06 rate in the market (600g).
10,000 cc is available at a preferential exchange rate for USA players. Contact via MP (message) in-game or on Discord to explain the rules. In the coming days, we expect an emission from the treasury.

d) Monroe Doctrine:
We are pleased to announce our support for countries in the Americas. Currently, this includes our comrades in Peru and Argentina. We will support you o7.

e) Mutual Protection Pacts (MPPs):
As of this morning, we are working on accepting more friendly countries based on our shared experiences in other games. Starting next month, we will review this policy to ensure a more balanced distribution of power (we didn’t expect to be the only completely organized nation). This point is subject to change depending on the situation.

f) Future plans.
Now, we have an internal election of our pre-congress. After that, I am not sure if We will continue in power, specially for foreign policy demands. Only to express my gratitude to all ppl who support us (and be my refer. XD) in the first days of the game. Finally, i can´t guarantee the battles, we have a lot of freeryders and bh  hunters in this land of opportunities XD
